Should you need to replace your ring, simply Request a Return Authorization and follow the instructions that will be sent to you via e-mail. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the ring(s) to us as well as the shipping fee to ship the replacement ring(s). The shipping fee is typically $5 – $8 for USA destinations and we will obtain the least expensive price for International destinations.
