How much do you charge for shipping?
- All USA destinations ship for FREE via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery to anywhere in the USA is 2-5 days maximum.
- All International destinations cost $17.00 and we ship via USPS International Priority. Delivery is typically 6 – 10 days.
- If you place your order before 1pm EST (New York City time), Monday – Friday, if the item is in stock, it will ship the same day. We do our very best to meet this commitment and on rare occasion, our factories/suppliers may not be able to get your order out the same day.
- If you place your order after 1pm EST, Monday – Friday, and the item is in stock, it will ship the following business day.
- If you place your order after 1pm EST Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will ship on Monday.
- If an item is out of stock, it will ship in 3-5 business days.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
- Yes, we ship to many countries outside of the United States. Some of the more popular destinations are Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Japan.
How much will it cost to ship to my country and how long does it take?
- Orders that total to $500 or more are shipped FREE via FedEx International Priority. Delivery is 2-3 days.
- Orders that total to less than $500 can be shipped via USPS International Priority or via FedEx International Priority.
- USPS International Priority costs $17 and delivery time is 6-10 days.
- FedEx International Priority costs $80 and delivery is 2-3 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How will my ring(s) be packaged?
- Your rings will be added to a beautiful ring box of our choosing. We use various ring boxes including beautiful handmade wood boxes, modern looking acrylic boxes, and traditional velvet lined boxes. Each ring box is packed within a cardboard box and then a shipping box insuring that the ring(s) will arrive at your doorstep safely.
